What the Format Checker Covers
1. Text & Language Hygiene
Ensure your content reads clean, professional, and error-free.
The checker automatically scans your slides for:
- Incorrect spacing
Removes extra or missing spaces that affect readability - Double words
Detects repeated words (e.g., “the the”) that are easy to miss - Repeated punctuation
Fixes issues like “!!” or “??” that can look unprofessional - Font size readability
Flags text that is too small to be clearly read in presentations
Why this matters
Even small text issues can reduce clarity and make your presentation feel rushed or unpolished — especially in executive or client-facing settings.
2. Cleanup & Security
Prepare your presentation for safe and professional sharing.
The checker helps you remove:
- File properties
Hidden metadata such as author name or company details - Comments

How to Use the Format Checker
- Open the Format Checker from the Wizardly panel
- Click Scan Presentation
- Review the detected issues by category
- Apply fixes individually or all at once
- Re-scan to confirm everything is clean
